The Outdoorsman stud was installed on my 10x42 EL's several years ago and I've not had any issues. Ordering, shipping, installation and return went very smooth. No complaints and would recommend them to others.
Lately I've seen several online and brick and mortar stores with 143 eld-x ammo and a couple online retailers with 147 eld-m. Prices have been $44/box and up.
I have a couple of the older version of Banish (Varminter 3.0) cans in 22 caliber that I use on AR's quite regularly. I haven't had any issues and don't foresee having any in the future by using them on AR's but I use them for target shooting and prairie dogs and not mag dumps. I did install...
Fred overpaid for the ranch thinking the BLM was his private playground. Nobody to blame but himself. Trying to get $7mil out of these hunters for his own arrogant mistake is asinine. Western real estate brokerages have been convincing out of state big wigs that they get sole access to public...
I really like mine. They have a moderately stiff sole with great traction and good ankle support. Break in was quick and I haven't noticed any stretching after lots of use.
I agree with the other posters that they do run a bit smaller than many other boots. I had to size up by a half size...
My wife and I have a lake home as do my parents (different lakes/states).
The first thing that my wife and I decided was that we weren't going to put super fancy, high end furnishings in the lake home. We have young kids and run a pretty tight ship at home but didn't want to be harping on them...
FWIW I certified Jan 28 and was approved on May 20.
In other news, my approval for paper form 4 from April 2021 arrived at my dealer May 31, 2022 and I picked up the can today. I am hopeful that once the ATF gets through the initial surge of eform applications that we'll regularly see 90 day...
Yes, I received an email from the ATF. Your local dealer also gets an approval email and may give you a call. When I saw the email I texted my local dealer and he confirmed he had just received the approval email and I went to the shop to pick up my can.
I agree. However there are also reports of residents receiving LE permits that didn't draw them. And licenses good for archery with printed dates that extend two days BEYOND the traditional RIFLE season.
Keep an eye on your junk mail folder. Although I received all emails from ATF prior to and at time of certification, my approval emails were both sent to my junk mail.
Give it time. After a couple months of using summer toys there will undoubtedly be households that realize they are no longer able to save any money like they once were, or worse, not able to make their loan payments.
I picked up a couple cans yesterday when my e-filed apps were approved. The wait was about 110 days since I certified. Interestingly enough, both approval emails from the ATF went to my junk mail folder so those who are waiting may want to keep an eye on your junk folder.
Unfortunately I'm...
Our cabin is about 90 miles, or about 1.25-1.5 hours from the house. Far enough to feel we are away from home but not so far that we don't/won't drive out and back the same day.
I sold a diesel pickup last summer since I didn't have much need for the diesel and I capitalized on the inflated market. I shopped both new and used and ultimately settled on a good used pickup. Dealerships couldn't provide delivery dates or guarantee incentives on new vehicles and I wasn't...
