    Mild Recoiling 7mm (preferably) Ideas

7mm Saum has worked really well, that's what I have. Nothing wrong with a 7mm-08 either, I have one as well...

    Black Bear Mechanical Broadhead Setup

Plenty. Just stay off the shoulder. It’s better to hit a bear further back than too far forward. A big mechanical will put one down quickly and hopefully leave a good blood trail if needed.

    Smaller cutting diameter 2-blade mechanicals

Grim reaper makes some with smaller cutting diameter, but they aren’t 2 blades. I like the fatal steel 1 1/4” cut gets great penetration

    Dispatch gun

I use an old .22 revolver I got from someone in a trade. Easy to carry in its hip holster and feels like the good old days of playing cowboys and indians (I know that's not PC anymore 😂)

In search of a bighorn sheep skull to buy.

You may get lucky and find one at an estate sale. Old hunter passes away and all the trophies are liquidated. Call around for auctioneers of taxidermy

In search of a bighorn sheep skull to buy.

A 180" class head is pretty big. I have one that's not that big, see my avatar. Of course everything is for sale for a price! Enough to buy a desert bighorn hunt would do the trick!

    Arrow setup questions

A quieter bow is more important than a faster arrow if string jumping is a concern. A heavier arrow will quiet the bow more. Also easier to tune a fixed head with a slower arrow. Easier to go up in spine to get a heavier arrow, and have the option to add weight up front like a brass/ss insert...

    Bringing dehydrated meals to Mexico

Driving or flying? I have never been checked for anything driving in. Flying a customs officer will ask if you have anything to declare, then wave you through
