    Glad you made it out man! I think about footing, slope, etc sometimes and have to focus on what’s most important in life. Family, friends. I’m not a guy that’s going climbing cliffs without a rope for example.

    Just got our 22 taps in yesterday. Nothing flowing yet in NC Minnesota. We usually make 5-9 gallons of syrup. Our operation on a barrel stove next to the wood shed.
