    I seen it not long ago online. Luckily I grabbed a bunch a few years back when I found it. When I was desperate for powder I checked a dozen places online every morning and found that often I could get my hands on the powder I was after.

    Garmin and labradar are definitely better quality. I don't have experience with Caldwell, but like most things you get what you pay for. I run a labradar personally.

    Union Ironworker myself, but any type of union work will give you what you want. Operators, Electrical, plumber, etc. Apply in the apprenticeship programs and never look back. Depending on the year I normally take 8-10 weeks off.

    Crow, nothing wrong with keeping it simple. When I pressure can salmon that's usually all I do. Smoke a few hours and jam into jars.

    I do it in the house and don't have issues with the smell. After you pull it from the brine it shouldn't be that smelly. Some people's nose can be super sensitive to that though.

    Favorite smoked salmon recipe.

    Their's a fine line with smokers and I have a cheap gas one. I've found the only way I can achieve a low temp is to turn the dial opposite of low and get it to where it's almost about to shut off. That's the only way I have found with mine to keep it going good and still achieve a heavy smoke.

    Favorite smoked salmon recipe.

    I've noticed that as long as I don't get above 165° and brush often I can keep the albumin away. This only works if that pellicle is on point though I've noticed.
