You definitely can build muscle in an average daily caloric deficit with the right diet and stimulus.
It is complicated, but don't over think it. Eat meat, lift weights.
The scope bodies are the same. The eye pieces are interchangeable.
The TE-11WZ has a relatively wider FOV, but also higher minimum power. I believe the 11 has better glass, but never had a chance to compare them.
The older 30x fixed WA eyepiece (TE-17W) is also very good.

A 150gr bullet at .308 diameter has a larger base diameter and shorter bearing surface than a 150gr bullet at .277 diameter.
In short, the 270 projectile is more resistant to being pushed through its bore.
1.5x bodyweight is probably average amongst lifters at large.
You would want to be a lot higher than that to be competitive in weightlifting sports.
If you don't compete then it's pointless to compare yourself to others. Push hard every rep and take pride in your effort.
