I have a very lightly used digex n455 for sale, everything that came with it new is included even the box. I used it about 6-8 times then I got a back fusion surgery, since I retired and went full thermal, much more expensive. This unit is like new, works great with no issues. $650...
Yes I have 3006 components and dies. I like the 06 it is right inbetween the 308 and 300win mag, my loads 180gr hornady interlock SPBT are at 2800fps and shooting 3/4" groups. I tried the 180gr accubonds just didn't do as well and the availability steered me away. As for my elk hunt 12" of snow...
I bought one, thanks sndmn11,lol. I liked the ones you did so much I decided to do mine. I had walnut flooring scraps and a couple old ignition #6 machine screws and locknuts on hand so I used what I had on hand including linseed oil. I used a table saw to slice the flooring piece thin for the...
I would say finding out early is better, treatment success much higher. As for us older people I am 66, last month my younger brother died self inflicted alcoholic, this month my father died at 93 active until the first stroke, second one took a huge toll a few weeks and he passed. I conducted...
I agree, I learned about rinsing the glass first then while still rinsing using swabs, and no pressure on them, I go the extra step of turning the swab over for the next pass then a new swab etc. I learned this cleaning first surfice mirrors used in telescopes as their coatings are very...
That went quick, glad someone gets these in time for this season, my rifle shots them well but the other bullets I loaded up shot 1/2" groups hard to not go with them.
Be very careful with canned air, if you shake or tip the can it will spray very cold liquid which could damage your coatings. I second water rinsing your glass follow up with wet cotton balls using no pressure swab the lense as you rinse, finally rinse with distilled water and blot dry leaves...
Follow up on getting a barrel, got a Browning white gold medalion barrel 216$ with tax, had the gunsmith bead blast it and the action to match. It was short chambered so he finished it. I finished breaking it in, it copper fouls much less than the damaged barrel, and so far with my 180gr...
I set up a fire resistant room, had contractor poor an extra couple walls and 6" top, put in a drain and a fire door. Cheap as a couple safes, put a dehumidifier in it, shelves bench and desk, keeps kids out and never had any problems with primers. Go an extra step put the primers in a cooler...
Look at Annealeez machine or AGS once you get the time set properly you can get a good anneal, not perfect as a 1500$ amp machine but very good and far better than not doing it.
