Aluminum F150 rusting?
Hmmm....
At Tundra would be way outclassed towing what the OP needs to do.
Tundras aren't for work.
I would look for an F250 gasser.
ECWCS Gen 3 Layer 6 on Ebay.
3-Layer Goretex, a really wide variety of sizing (if you're 5'8" and barrel-chested, you'll appreciate Short sizing).
Not really lightweight but solid and made in the US.
You can get top and bottom for under $150 if you look.
Tacoma is pretty far from a 1/2 ton. You'll be lucky to get 500lb in it without serious suspension upgrades and even then, the frame isn't up to the task.
I have a little bit of experience reloading metallics and was lucky to get 1000 Large Rifle Magnum primers...CCI.
I'm getting ready to load 105gr Bergers in for my 6mm Creedmoor (CZ 600 Range-Cool rifle) and wondering if I can use the magnum primer and if so, any changes to the powder charge?

I just bought a pair of late 1980s Boston Acoustics T1000 speakers.
Trying to replace the pair of A70s that were sacrificed in the name of marriage.
Speakers are fantastic and look good with walnut veneer.
I paired them with a new hybrid tube/ClassA-B amp.
Can't wait to hook up my original Dual...
John Voneida shot a perfect score of 100 with his group on July 8, 1995. These are the only 4 perfect scores ever shot in the 1000 yard benchrest club history.
Cavemen throwing rocks.
The SR71 was engineered in 1963.
Tell us more....
It takes knowledge to know how to load the roll correctly (OVER!), how much to pull off, fold it properly for 4 thicknesses, and fold the dirty part inside and do it again.
You're probably a wad-wiper.
Which social influencer helped you learn that?....Or was it wisdom passed down from prior generations?
Do you have the toilet paper brand on a sticker on the back window of your T****a?
Microsoft and Google....Nintendo, Sony.
I have tried to make my son the exception but social influencers have created an entire industry of hunters that seem to NEED a rangefinder, turrets(custom!), ballistics app, 'run' a clothing 'system' and apparently overland gear and amber fogs in traffic...
I couldn't love this post more!
What's the opposite of a Fudd?
There's an entire generation that can't tie their shoes without help from the internet.
They have no idea how unintelligent they are but you can't tell them that.
Does this have a hardened poll?
I just stumbled on this thread the day after I ordered one for my son as a camp axe.
Can you use it to drive tent stakes?
I just put an Optika 4.5-27 on a bench rifle.
Tracking is excellent, optics are excellent.
Build quality is very good.
I also have a MeoSport 3-15 on a Tikka 300WSM...Very happy with that, as well.
I think they punch way above their price point.
Benchmark Small Batch and Single Barrel was recommended to me here by a shop employee.
Excellent, especially at it's price point.
I have some great bottles on my shelf, always Eagle Rare 10, Rowan's Creek, Stagg Jr Barrel Proof, but I enjoy sniping at the lower end of the price point and fun...
Second Gen definitely had frame rust...And flat leaf springs(recall).
Toyota is not friendly to existing owners.
They flat-out say 'We don't need to take care of existing owners, people will buy our cars regardless'.
That's exactly what they told me.
I sold a 2006 DC Sport with a 6sp manual...
I just bought the Vanguard Table Top Tripod for this exact purpose.
Haven't had it to the range but indoors with a lightweight spotter is pretty solid.
Big step up from what I had been using.
$35.00 on sale.
Funny you should mention that....I'm at 155k on my 3.5 Eco and just now needing exhaust manifolds. Found a guy that will do it for half the dealership quote.
Overall, I've spent much less money and have a much better vehicle than the Tacoma I drove for 9 years.
On the road, the F150 feels...
