For hunting, I wouldn't own anything that doesn't dial down to 3X and have a strong preference for SFP.
Both of these are for fast target acquisition and a clear reticle at lower mag.
I used the last of a can of H414 with 150 ELDX for my 7-08 Tikka.
Good velocity and accuracy out of a 20" suppressed barrel.
I bought Win760 on sale based upon internet lore saying it's the same as H414 but my Hornady manual says otherwise.
Anybody loading the 7-08 using Win760 for 150 ELDX and...
I drove my two Tikkas to Sandpoint on my way to Seattle.
Picked them up on a return trip a few weeks later.
Saved me probably $100 or more in shipping.
I was just in a shop in WA that had RL17...I think four 1lb cans...
Anybody want to guess the price?
Don't forget to add 10.25% tax for the privilege of living in Jay Inslee's utopia.
Not necessarily.
Just like the Harley crowd with their costumes and loud exhaust.
They are going out trying to provoke a response and that attempt at intimidation doesn't always go the way they hoped it would.
Reminds me of the sketchy kids driving driving around in ratty Tacomas with a giant GLOCK PERFECTION decal in the rear window.
I was brought up in a culture where people would say 'If you have to advertise....?'
For the record, I have owned firearms and been involved in sport shooting and hunting since I was 5...55 years.
It's not so much that people choose to open carry, it's the circumstances under which they do and also, having walked this earth for 60 years, I have learned to read people for cues as...
I had the coolant and oil lines replaced when I had my 3.5 Eco manifolds done at 163k.
The tubes and filters were much cleaner than I or the mechanic expected.
Maybe towing or hot environment would have a different result.
I loosely stick to the display OCI.
Generally 2X/yr.
My son directed me to Decibulz.
You mold and fit them and the inner plug with the molded flange blocks sound better than any other plug I've found.
I doubled up silicon plugs with 30db muffs and still hated being hear the flash hider/brake crowd.
My old range considered banning braked rifles to...
Anybody else noticing that every new AT tire that comes out (Cooper, BFG) is a direct copy of the Falken AT3w?
I got 77k on my last set of Falkens and they were used on some pretty harsh cobble and basalt.
I would not use drilled rotors for a truck application.
Brake rotors are heat sinks and removing metal only serves to reduce the mass and surface area.
Also, if a rotor is drilled and not chamfered correctly, it introduces an area for potential cracks to form.
Drilled rotors on a truck are more...
When I had a Tacoma, I was surprised how small the filter was...Same part# as Tundra. I did some research on the drainback pressure valve and matched up a Wix/Napa Gold part that had over 150% more media than the Toyota spec and ran that for over 100k.
Did my own oil changes at around 7500...
