Alaska Sheep Hunt Pricing
This is similar to how many hunts outside the US work. A base or daily rate plus trophy fees. I prefer trophy fees over both parties not having skin in the game. Shoulder Mount vs Wall Pedestal Mount
I did my dall with a wall pedestal and love it. Its a fixed position/hanging. I like mixing in a couple wall pedestals to break up normal shoulder mounts as well. -

Kodiak Trophy Potential
You can try to draw a tag on the North end of the island. Thats probably the better bet for big billies. Most people (myself included) who I know that have hunted there shot nannies or younger billies. The best billies seem to come out of BC or SE mainland Alaska consistently.- TXCO
