I might be missing something here. Are you saying that your CDS dial is 2 clicks off at your zero range? If so, let's say you have your original dial on and you zero the rifle. Now you put the CDS dial, fire your rifle, and it takes 2 clicks to get your CDS hitting the bullseye.
So at this...
My Credo HX has a zero stop, but it doesn’t lock. Clicks are firm, and with the zero stop, I’m personally not at all concerned with my turret spinning to the point that I get confused.
I can't manage to find a video of the hamstring stretch that my ortho gave me, but it's super easy, isolates the hamstring, and has worked wonders with fairly minimal effort and zero strain on my back.
Sit on the edge of a table (or something similar), back straight. Press your palms into the...
I was on the back pain merry go round for a good while and had a hemilaminectomy on L4/L5, which helped considerably. I will say this - I think there is a very good chance that you can manage your back pack pain without any injections or additional surgeries. I still have flare ups on...
I haven't tested it out yet, but after doing a lot of research, I ended up buying a Trijicon Credo HX 2.5-15. Checked a lot of boxes for me and might be worth a look for you. $875 on Europtic.
Up for sale is a lightly used pair of Crispi Guide GTX Uninsulated boots in size 12 that I bought brand new from Black Ovis last year. I used them lightly in the GA woods for a couple of months to break them in and then used them on a short elk hunting trip in Wyoming. That's it. So some...
I honestly wish you the best of luck, and having never hunted that area, I don’t have any info to provide. I would recommend introducing yourself prior to asking for unit specific info on a first post. Stay safe out there.
I suppose it all depends on whether you pee sitting down or standing up

I shoot 30-06 because I mainly hunt elk. I live in GA, and while I don’t hunt deer, if I did I would likely go 6.5 CM, 7mm-08, .270 or something similarly more tame in the recoil department. I like my 30-06 and am...
I use rubber Lacrosse boots to hunt hogs here in GA. I would not even consider hunting in them out west. They're not terrible, but no ankle support, no breathability, lots of sweat, no real warmth in cold weather. They work pretty well for day hunts splashing through creeks, but I have to...
I use a similar case from harbor freight and I usually pack it with a rifle, pistol, knives, and a couple of boxes of ammo. I don’t cut the foam at all. Granted, I have to give it a bit of a nudge to shut it, but the foam seems to hug it firmly without creating any issues.
