    WTS Sword Punisher Slider BowSight

This sight is about three years old and has killed its fair share of deer and one bear, I decided to go a different route and no longer need it. It has a scuff on the sight housing, but other than that is in great shape. Screws and left over sight tape included...

WTS Brownells Barrel Vise w/ (0.900"-0.748") bushing

Lightly used, bought it to get a factory barrel off that was slipping in my Viper vise. The bushing included works well for tapered hunting barrels, but you can get bushing for any profile. Some rosin residue on bushing, but other than that, its in top notch shape (Purchased 10/2/24) I am new...

    Pork fat vs beef fat

Same here, I think the beef flavor adds a nice taste to stuff like burgers.

    Recipes for Whitetail burger

I mix venison with the fattiest ground beef I can find (normally 70/30) at a ratio of 9:1 (Venison - 9). This makes great burgers, but can also be used as a sub for any recipe that calls for ground beef.

    Knife Sharpeners for the Unskilled

Another vote for the Spyderco Sharpmaker, I too am not that skilled at sharpening and manage to get knives plenty sharp with the sharp maker.

    Rucking Gear Question

As someone who has done a lot of rucking, including stuff like the Mammoth Sniper Challenge I would recommend putting a heavy focus on overall strength (google 5-3-1) and rucking just enough to toughen up your feet, break in boots etc. Rucking puts a ton of wear and tear on your body, and...

    Investment fund for the grandkids???

Who pokes their dead animal in the eye?

I primarily hunt whitetail living in Georgia and don’t worry about them too much, but the bear I just shot with my bow I made especially sure it was dead haha

    North Georgia Archery

Howdy, y’all! After a long search for archery options around Cumming GA without much luck, I decided to create one myself. I recently invested in a few thousand dollars’ worth of Rinehart 3D and block targets and set up an awesome archery range in my backyard. Now, I’m excited to share it with...

    First time eating bear…great success!

I shot my first bear about a month ago on public land here in the Appalachia and decided to host a bear dinner for a group of friends. What better way for men to gather/fellowship than by feasting on a beast! I used a recipe from Steve Rinella’s cookbook, and it turned out fantastic. First, I...

    Rage experince.

I used to use them before swapping to a 4 blade fixed (tooth of an arrow). I have one fail to open on a shoulder shot, arrow still penetrated enough to get one lunch but didn’t open. Ended up recovering the deer, but gave up on expandable after that.
