consider trying the registration process during late nite hours. I know the site went down for a few hours this morning. There is a ton new traffic on there right now...sucks your soul out watching the death wheel spinning and spinning

As Kyle indicated your dealer will need your pin. And Elite level Silencershop dealers will be getting their applications submitted initially, maybe 2 weeks before the rest of us powered by dealers. Patience is king

Submitted a form3 today on a PC (chrome) vs my normal Mac/safari. The process was better/faster, I'm just not sure if it was due to the new web site format or my browser switch. I'm hoping its the site

It's up and running now. Pretty slow but it's been down and the users attempting to get in right now, reset passwords update profiles etc cant be helping. I had a silencershop customer of mine go on and create and account with his silencershop account email and he is now registered on there...

I hear ya...I'm hopeful though. It was working ok most of the time previously till silencershop figured out how to automate their submissions and overwhelmed the site...unfortunate but it highlighted the site's weaknesses so hopefully they learned from that experience. glass half full

NO ACTION can be taken until the web site has been updated, projected to be Dec 21st. At which time if you want to use e-form4’s, and your dealer wants to as well, you’ll need to make open an account. If using a SilencerShop Affliated dealer use the same email associated with your SilencerShop...
