    We know plenty well how to read the regs and knew the deadline prior to applying. We also know it doesn't take 5 weeks to get results. Does that make me a whiny gash, naw, when I hunt for 7 days, hike 50 miles and dont see good elk and deer numbers, THEN Im a whiny gash. haha
