    Dogs are not capable of being reasoned with (kids too) and reward/punishment is the language they speak. Dogs respond to physical correction. I put a shock collar on my dog along with 99% of upland game hunters. Only you can decide if it's malignant.

    I think this is where the closure comes from. Too many idiots in society as a whole. We have all seen the worst of human behavior in our national forests. If the two options for land owners are 1. private land owners, or 2. This kind of government ran public land Which do we choose?

    NR revenue doesn't matter, resident fees matter even less. Total IDFG revenue in 2021 was $124M, at best NR revenue is 10% of the total. Or am I missing something?
