Had a weatherby 300 and 6.5prc for 6 years.
My clean procedure is same for both.
Hoppes copper remover on nylon brush at about 30 passes. Rag it. Clean more if necessary.
Hit it with light coat of oil. I use cooper bullets so they foul like crazy. Hence why I use the heavier copper cleaner.
Higher power. My bread and butter is off a tripod with binos and if I need to get a closer look I'll through a spotter. Love the bino in higher power of a pod.
With that power they can also be handheld.
Keep the others in the rig
My 11 is that white gold. Ccsb. Bighorn slt package at the time. People have offered ridiculous amounts for it with 90k miles. Installing my southbend this weekend.
You have some sharp rigs
So worth the investment. At least get a decent grinder. We have the cabelas 1hp and it just eats through meat. I def has saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars. (Last 4 years it's seen 6 goats, 3 elk, 3 deer and a plethora of waterfowl sausage). We have a 5 lb stuffer, meat wrap, bag...
You got a g56 or an auto?
I have an 11 g56 with efi and love the damn thing. Not 500 hp lol but it's so dang reliable. I can switch to about 450 but I'm not studded.
