    Very safe in or around Yosemite outside of the habituated bears that want your food. There are several small towns within easy driving distance where lodging will be considerably cheaper than inside the park; Mariposa, Oakhurst, Sonora, etc.

    What state? Zoning, general plan, sphere of influence etc. rules are different everywhere. In general I’d say that big developers already know they can get the zoning changed before they buy the property, and they most likely know your local gov officials - aka the ones voting on the zoning...

    Rob, I think you’ll find good results near or just over book max for Tac with a 77 if you don’t reach pressure. I’ve had good luck with it driving 50 blitz’s and 77 smk’s. Keep us informed on how it goes.

    You can get a 12 pack flat of plastic wrapped filters from Napa for much cheaper than buying cardboard box individuals. If you’re planning to keep the vehicle a while it’s a good deal.
