Listen to Nodakian here folks. Don’t listen to anyone who tells you they can establish a missing corner with their phone/Garmin via coordinates they got from a GIS.
I‘ll add that GIS systems are routinely off by much more than your 1/2 acre. You have to sort of read the tea leaves when looking at em. I’d start with pulling the recorded maps or contacting a surveyor. I still can’t understand why it’s legal to sell property without clearly marked surveyed...
Stem cell ain’t cheap, but it’s worth a shot before you let them add parts. Osteopath and strengthening core, glutes, and hamstrings are a very good place to start. Getting inflammation under control is also big, so look at your diet and cut the junk carbs, sugars etc.
Since we’re talking forever home, what are some ideas to limit maintenance needs or disaster proof? Any good tricks to avoid/limit water damage when a fitting leaks or a pipe breaks? Siding that won’t require constant painting?
