    He claimed to work 100 hours per week. The first 40 hours of a week are paid at regular rate (stated as $100/hr) which would leave 60 hours paid at $150/hr. $13k/week, 50 weeks a year, $650k.

    United health insurance

    As a provider, UHC does not offer terms I'm willing to accept, so I'm out of network. We are in network with BCBS and it works pretty well, so far. As a patient, I'm thankful that my wife's employer is so generous with their benefits. Its a mess. I'm hoping a single payer system is on its way.
