    I've been thinking of putting a red dot on this. I primarily am building it for the kids to shoot and most of our shots are under 200 yards. Has anyone had experience trying a red dot on one of these AR 223 builds?

    Thanks for that! Yep I ordered the Farrow stock, NFA polymer LPK, NFA stripped lower, green mountain barrel, rise armament single stage trigger. Just need an upper and a handguard now! Those JAG ultra light handguards are not inexpensive!!
