polishing the chamber, if they opened it up a bit, might actually solve the problem. CA seems to use reamers too long, creating lots of issues with PRC family chambers being cut too small.
suppressors can shoot loose - that's the most likely cause until proven otherwise

The double grind attachment for a LEM grinder is worth it's weight in gold. I have that on my #12 and it spits out double ground meat as fast as I can shove it in.
One of the problem pieces went in and out with sharpy on it and didn't reveal a tight spot or run area? If that's the case, then it is definitely something to do with the lug area
It sounds like you pushed some type of debris into the lug area or your chamber. Coloring a loaded case with a sharpy might help you identify the tight spot, or look around with a cheap borescope
