    I don’t know what that flat piece is called but I think I saved it from the grind this year to make a small rouladen of sorts. I saved some larger flat pieces from the shoulders and over-rib meat for this preparation as well.

    I’ve packed in my seek outside 4 man tipi with stove by myself with no issues and it has plenty of room for two. Having a stove and ability to stand up, or at least not crawl around is so nice. I don’t do a lot of backpacking but id be looking at a floorless tipi style with stove.
