seeking Montana and Wyoming black bear hunting opportunities
For bears I would recommend MT. The country in Wyoming near Billings is tough for black bears. Cody area is overrun with grizzlies that have pushed the black bears out. Wyoming residents are not able to obtain preference points for deer elk and antelope. So the main difference between the two is price one is reduced and one is full price as stated above. -
