If I was to pick one right now it would be the AB raptor 6 or 8. With the reflex it's by a good margin the quietest can I've been exposed to. Take the reflex off and it's super light and fairly short. They're not very cheap though
I've been exposed to probably close to a dozen different cans for tens of thousands of rounds in the last couple months. There's a lot of really good cans but for the money I was really impressed with the AB suppressors A10. Really good sound suppression build quality was impressive and they're...
I'll hopefully get to help prototype the rokstock lite and see how light a Tikka can be. My 22 creedmoor will have all the same modifications but I will go more aggressive on the barrel chop.
Not really a deal but they're in stock if you've been looking for one.

I totally agree with your assessment. It would be nice if I could enjoy just going out and hunting like I used to. It was much more relaxed. The thing I struggle with is that I know I'm capable of finding great bucks if I put enough effort in. I feel like if I don't do that at this point I'm...
Here's one from Thursday night. I think he's going to be pretty close to 30 if he doesn't squeak over it.
You'll have to excuse the image quality. Contending with a lot of smoke/haze as the sun was going down
What sucks is that they don't even have to admit that there's anything wrong or bad about their other products to say that this one is the next generation or improved or built to a different durability standard. Theres still going to be a market for the other ones. I'm as big a fan as you'll...
I moved a mine around a bit. Mostly stayed between 6-10 quite a few of the targets have follow-up targets that you have to find and spotting impacts is critical. The course is set up well to demonstrate the real world consequences of too much magnification.
I suppose it is possible that they could have ordered 4x the amount of MOA scopes and are still selling two to three times MOA versus Mill. That would make their new retticle move make sense.
It can be hit or miss. I've got some spots that seem like they consistently produce big deer and then other spots might be a one-off. I scout so many different places every year because even the best places are not reliable. One of my favorite places used to consistently hold close to 20...
