The stock has to be counterbored because the rail is "flush" so the spartan portion is below the bottom of the rail. Ken

Initial Ascent IA8K - info needed

They are really close honestly. The K4 has a bag layout that I like better but the IA is more comfortable with weight. Just did a backpacking trip this last weekend with the IA. Easy trip but the IA had about 65 lbs and it was great to carry. Ken

    A little lost… career change?

I've been working in a machine shop since I started at my dads shop at 13. I get burnt out on stuff quickly when working in a machining field. I did mold making stuff for years, then went to a production shop as a prototype machinist. Loved it, but got tired of working for a shop with over 150...

Upgrading from Vortex to Swaro - Why?

This, 100%. I was never able to glass very long. I have messed up retinal disparity which will cause my eyes to try to rectify the center to edge clarity. Where a buddy could glass with Vortex Vipers for hours, I could do it for about 30 minutes then have to lay there with my eyes closed to...

    All new SRS suppressor mounts

We didn't have any galling issues in testing. A lot of cans are Ti and run Ti HUB mounts without an issue. We might end up adding a DLC coated option eventually. Ken

    All new SRS suppressor mounts

SRS is jumping into the suppressor accessory game! We just launched our CB / Banish suppressor mount. This Ti suppressor brake weighs 1.25 oz, and reduces more recoil than what is currently available. Our biggest highlight is that we added small holes on the backside of the brake and offer a...

    Idaho Controlled Hunt Results 24

I put in for moose this year just so I get to casually look at this thread and chuckle… In all reality we have a bunch of people that put in for tags that if they draw we will be going and helping them on the hunt so it’s still a big deal… just nothing for me lol

    TBAC CB Compatible Muzzle Devices?

We're currently looking into making CB muzzle brakes. I need 3 more of them for the can that @Msowa has for me, and they don't seem to be available anywhere. Ideally we can make them work with the Pro Muzzle Brakes porting design and angle. Ken
