Probably the best vapor trail ever!
Interesting about the oil. We have noticed that is much more pronounced when the humidity is high. Loads were very accuracy. Under half minute.- 83cj-7

A buddy of mine wanted to try some light weight bullets in his .300 WM on deer. I was shocked at the vapor trail that it produced. I’ve never seen anything but a .50 BMG that had anything like this. Barrel recommendation
I had a 6.5 SAUM (very similar to PRC) with a 20” barrel and I wouldn’t go any shorter. My top barrel picks are Bartlein, Krieger or Muellerworks. Southern Precision Rifles (Bugholes.com) is a great source for barrels and they can do the work too. -

Harvester Evo and 300 Win mag
I’m looking for some rear world experience with suppression quality on a 300 Win Mag. If you have another can to compare it to, even better. Cerakote colors?
Air dry Cerakote Sniper Grey is a very light grey and to me appears to be blue. I much prefer Sig Dark Grey. I think that would be a great fit as a replacement for the tan in the stock camo. -

Sold Leupold VX-5HD 3-15x44 Wind-plex
Leupold VX-5HD with the windplex reticle. Scope has been Cerakoted coyote tan. Glass is perfect except for a little dust. Tracking has been spot on. It just came back from a prairie dog trip where it functioned flawlessly. CDS has not been used. $650 TYD, no electronic payments please- 83cj-7

Help! What defiance magazine cut did I get?
Defiance was extremely helpful and the action is on the way back to them. I sent them the pictures and they recognised the problem. They said they will either have this action milled correctly or send me a new one. A pre-paid shipping label was provided. Nice to see good customer service! -

Sold Custom 700 in 20 Tac
The group above is with 32 V-max and Benchmark at 3950fps. I somehow lost the pictures of the 40 grain groups. It shot 40 grain Vmax at 3600 FPS with IMR3031. I had a 5 shot 1/2” group with those at 200 yards as well.- 83cj-7
