    8 twist 223 lite. Didn't shoot 75 ELDs or the cheap ADI 69 smk well. Both of which the new 7.5 twist ACE shoot well. It did shoot the ADI 55smk and 73 ELDs very well though which is why i said i'm not sure I'd do it again.

    Been years since I've shot an EH1 but i dont recall any of those issues. Off memory, i'd take that grip before a VG stockys grip in a heartbeat. I wear M or L gloves depending on fit. Agree that most tikka tubes do well, i replaced a 223 one recently because it didn't shoot the bullets i wanted...

    How do you guys figure the stockys vg is a better shooting than an EH1 or Peak44? Frankly i'd take both over a VG2. Peak 44 would be nice to carry, EH1 would be nicer to shoot. I bet I'd be just as or more happy with a blacktooth shooting than a vg2 as well. I definitely wouldn't go pulling...

    Sounds like your scope might have lost zero between 100 yd and 275/375 groups. How tall are your rings? That seems pretty high for a sight height for most hunting rifles but sight height isn’t causing that large of a discrepancy. What rifle is it? AB tested the 175 LRX at 0.482 g1. Close...

    I live on 6 acres and just the other side of my property line is a neighborhood in city limits. I could shoot a turkey near daily from my kitchen window, but can’t bring myself to hunt on it for them because it’s too easy. If a nice buck started hanging around, he’d probably be in trouble.

    2 or 3 ish to 9-15ish scope is what I’d use. My 18” 223 wears a 3-12 LRTS.
