    You won’t sand through the side of the carbon shell but you will remove some of the top like shown in the photo. But we used the same flat top for both barrel channels so you wouldn’t be comprising integrity by opening it up

    It does but then most out of it is cut out for the barrel channel inlet.

    The m24 will be lighter and we are looking to cut some of the weight of the bedding material where the rails mount. We started with more and now that we have a physical rail we should be able to shave a couple of ounces as well up there since we now know exactly where it’s going to need it.

    There is about 1/4” of carbon shell filled with a syntactic foam. You would definitely need epoxy or a nut to securely keep it in place.

    We’re almost to that one on the list. Probably a few weeks out but initially it’ll be for the one piece floor plates since we have those to model right now.

    I will check in the morning. We have a mold that is shorter than 13.5”. Let me see what the lop would be on that one not in use.
