    Condensation is the most likely culprit. Carrying a small sponge or swedish cloth to wipe down the interior is helpful when you can't/don't want to pitch it with alot of ventilation or your campsite/environmentals are high humidity.

    I've got a VX5HD 3-15x44mm with the Windplex reticle I could let go of. It has been mounted but the pictures speak to it's condition. The CDS dial has been used. I've got the orginal box and the Leupold Alumina flip up caps that would be included.
