I'm a warm sleeper, I decided to try a quilt and loved it. I bought a Katabatic Flex 30, most say this temp rating is conservative and is plenty warm past 20 degrees. I felt it was perfect for me, and if I ever get cold I will add a layer or put on puffy pants and jacket. I've used it in mid...
Schmalzy just a thought... you might want to see how everything fits in that pack. I have the 6900 and found its a tight squeeze for 10 days. Ended up getting myself the 900ci attachment bag to make it work better
Lots of great insight from everyone here! Your list is very similar to what I haul around. I've found it to be no problem to carry for an extended hunt. No matter how hard you try it will be hard to get below 55lbs with food and water for a hunt that long.
You could go lighter on an item or two...

I would like to try the Sky Guide...
I’m a Medium in all Kuiu gear and bought the Kutana in medium and had room for my normal pants/top and a puffy top and bottom underneath. It was snug but comfortable enough for moving around camp and while glassing
Guide snapped a pic of me taking in the moment. You just never know if you'll get the privilege and opportunity to hunt them again. Taken August 6, 2021 at Canol Outfitters in the NWT.
Generally we would pay the advertised price (in USD). I know on occasion an outfitter may be inclined to give a slight discount to a Canadian resident , but with the demand for sheep hunts this is pretty rare. Especially for a stone sheep hunt...
MEG, NVA, WCP, TVE, SU, CNQ, ERF all companies making handfuls of money as the price of oil increases. Most not even close to recovered to pre-Covid pricing either.
I dealt with bad elbow tendonitis all through first half of the year. Pain seemed to move all around the elbow, changing almost daily. I couldn't lift anything without bad pain. Tried treating it myself (rest, stretching, gentle massage, ice, etc.) and nothing worked. I got desperate enough to...
I usually sleep clothed and have been very comfortable, but this was the first time using the down bag. I figured it would perform way better than my heavy, standard synthetic bag that I take on horseback trips. I think I'm leaning towards a lighter quilt especially if ill be using it in warmer...
