My personal opinion is that combining a lack of tuning and a mechanical broadhead is setting one’s self up for failure before even entering the field, rather than providing a solution to a problem. You are essentially adding a broadhead type that won’t work penetrate as well in generally...
There are lots of good BH’s on the market, I wouldn’t overthink this. Iron Will is never the wrong answer if you can afford them, but QAD, Slick Trick, Magnus and others make quality BH’s.
That is completely untrue.
A buddy is a hunting guide and for as long as I have known him he has used muskrat skinner blade Case pocket knives. They have a thinner blade profile height-wise than the Trapper.
It does, but in order for the OP to determine how much he would net in a sale he would have to complete the work sheets which most laypeople wouldn’t have the wherewithal to do on their own (determining the appropriate split between residential and rental property, calculating the depreciation...
I would definitely talk to a tax guy to see how the split of residence and rental property impacts the $250K LT cap gains exemption.
But like my dad was fond of saying “a tax return is just a first offer.”
I’d look at selling one rental and financing the difference with a hard money lender if I really thought the engineering firm buy in was a superior investment to my rental properties. While the low interest rates you have are likely never to be seen again and have the ability to help investors...
I retired at 51 and am still probably 90% equities. Bonds have significantly underperformed the stock market for quite a while now. Not quite sure how that makes them “safe”. If I was 20 years from retirement, my bond holdings would be close to 0.
If you do not want to differentiate, you need to add a 3rd response of “it depends”.
Your question is akin to asking people if they lock their front door at night without differentiating whether they live in the city or the country.
I’ve never been charged oversize with my SKB double bow case (20+ round trip flights in the U.S. and Canada) due to a combination of the sporting goods treatment mentioned above and being friendly with airline personnel. Don’t treat them like they are used car salesmen and you should be fine.
But you do need to be smoking crack to think someone would try to take an entire, ungutted deer on the plane. In reality, you can multiply those averages by .4 to get a rough yield of boned out meat. 203 x .4 = 81#. AZ deer will likely come in below that average. Might all fit into 1 48-50 quart...
I have only owned straight, but if I hunted low and glassed high or did a lot of spotting out of a truck, I would definitely get an angled spotter. Did a mile deer hunt last year and got a clinic on how much better a rotatable angled spotter is for glassing with a truck/window mount.
The difference is that other people aren’t claiming YouTube is ruining western hunting while contributing to the very problem they are complaining about.
I worked for a bank for 25 years.
Exactly. This is a very ironic thread in that it is started by someone who admits to being part of the problem in the very first sentence - apparently without even realizing it. You can’t separate the YouTubers who are providing the content from the people who watch the videos and help those...
Kinda funny to compare a pre-order of a stock that everyone knew was not yet in production to those that are already on the market but still take as long or longer.
