This is a neck shot I took at 393 yards a few years back. It was very effective, and there was almost zero meat loss. I was prone with a bipod and rear bag. I had crawled as close as I would get in that situation. I'm a way better and more experienced shooter now and would probably not take this...

The wear you see in the photos is just cosmetic. All of my chassis look like that after a while.
I can only speak to my personal experience with Aron. He's a stand up dude who has done a ton for the hunting community.
This thread sounds like a desperate attempt to take a shot at someone out of jealousy.
We found another little buck this morning but it bedded on a neighboring ranch. I called the farmer to get permission but I think he was at church because he didn't answer. So, we passed on him and packed everything up for the trip home.

We made it to our hunting area in WA on Friday about noon. Set camp up and the headed out to see what we could find. Blue Tungue has hit this area bad in the previous years so we haven't been seeing the nearly as many whitetails as we used to.

Branden and I went looking for the tall buck that Dylan passed the other day and we found him this morning at daylight. Decided he was worth taking home.
Nothing for my brother this morning. We split up so we could look in two areas. We saw a lot of does and a few small bucks, but nothing decent.
