    Target bullets on bone pictures

Similar results as above, 130gr TMK 1686fps. On side humerus direct hit, ruined grapefruit size area of meat, off side leg just missed humerus lemon size meat loss, didn't open animal up. Immediately terminal shot was neck/spine leaving lemon size hole side to side. Zero yards travelled.

iPhone satellite messaging thread, iOS 18

Used function quite a bit over the weekend, overall worked very well. Downsides are you have to kick connect to sat and intentionally maintain connection to receive texts. Also the battery drain seemed much increased

    Revic BLR10b Rangefinding Binoculars

Revics served me well over the weekend. Spotted and ranged bulls at 2000 yards with them in the am, bulls were identified by color moving through small openings in oak brush. Closest I could get during the day and still see the needed area put me 600-900 yards away for the evening. It was...

    SW Colorado Forage

State park manager said he'd been seeing lots of bears last week around 8k, suspected they were on juniper berries. Another hunter spotted a small bear around 9k, lots of elk taken in that area over the weekend so I suspect carcasses in that area are the draw.

Varget, H4350, and Lever are what I've run through it so far.

6.5 Creedmoor/260 for Deer, Elk, and whatever else.....

130 gr TMK did the job for me this year on my CO OTC bull. 1686fps at impact. First shot through front leg/chest/off side leg, second miss, third neck/spine shot, zero total yards travelled. To my untrained eye wound cavities were about 1.5" on off sides.

Have you looked through the Maven 18x Binos with the Mil reticle? I’m not a glass snob and the ability to spot corrections seems useful.

Had to send my set back for repair, eye cups were loose. Customer service was outstanding. Door to door between hunts was like 7days.

Dunno, I didn’t weigh the bare Rokstok. I have a 34oz scope on this one and not my lightest suppressor. Could be under 10lb total pretty easy.

KRG Echo - Sporterish version of bravo for tikkas

I The butt hook doesn’t see to be bothering me much so far, it was my biggest concern w the design. I think I could rig up something fairly easily to make the stock flat underneath. For my use case the extra weight was an appeal.

Haven’t measured, but feels pretty much the same to me.

KRG Echo - Sporterish version of bravo for tikkas

Well, they had a miss calculation on the LA Tikka, rear of the bolt hits cheek riser before reaching the back of the stroke. Bolt still cycles fine, but guarantee I’ll break something if I don’t drill out a pathway for it. Hate to say it, but the 7PRC is more pleasant to shoot in this stock...
