    The subsidies only pay in bad years these days and crp is generally land that isn't suitable for farming. Equipment is tax write offs but we also pay retail for everything and sell at wholesale prices which we have no control over. Most farmers are cash poor and run on operating loans, but keep...

    Lol makes my parents farm seem like a bargain, 480 acres with two houses, sheds etc. For 4.5 mil And we can't get any interest
