I use a little bit of everything.
My pants/ bibs are all solid, but *most* of my tops have some pattern whether its camo or plaid. I do still have some lighter tan or olive drab tops that are solid though.
I used to do ASAT most of the time, or solid tans, greys, or olive drab. Also have a camo Carhardt rain defender fleece that has been good when in greener environments.
Looking to move toward Duck Camp late season wetland.
Some interesting points here. This pretty much follows my existing beliefs about camo. For a human, large macro patterns with contrast that can break up the silhouette are typically best. Neutral colors of course.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention Grey Wolf Woolens. Great quality, every bit as good as Sitka IMHO, and it's made in the USA. Everything is made to order instead of mass-produced so you'll get optimal fit, and in my opinion the actual patterns are better than Sitka's.
