Hornady 75 Amax via 223ai, 450yds 2140fps impact velocity, broke a rib on entry, double lunged and broke an off side rib, no exit. Did the usual punched lungs run and pile up. Missed the wind call a skosh as I prefer to wreck shoulders. Exit side rib. Busted exit side rib removed, lotsa... -

Pelt damage is not tooooo bad as the Hornady 105HPBT is a fairly stout bullet, I launch them at 3150fps and that critter caught it at about 50 yards... -

Damn that's nasty! you will also need to to open up the action screw inlet holes for enough clearance around the action screws. At the moment it appears the action screws are threaded into the stock and that is BAD juju... -

With Moly being a lubricant it takes a bit more powder to reach a given pressure threshold. I'm at 43gr H4831 for 3160 fps with dick nothing ES/SD numbers and tidy 10rnd groups... I did work up to 3200+ fps but am happy to let the .545 BC do the work and not lean too hard on my brass... -
