I like my pair well enough, the laser works well and the glass is fine. You should also take a look at the Leica Geovid R and the Meopta Optika LR, both are in that price range. You give up ballistics, but they’re supposed to have improved glass and potentially a slightly worse laser...

My gear/pack layout from base layers to binos

Will you be replacing it with a new 6 man? Have you used the Redcliff and if so, how does it compare. Thank you generally for all the tips on gear and shooting, I’ve successfully used/adopted many of them and this thread has added many more to the shopping list.

No reason not to try the 55/62gr. My rifle shot the 68gr Frontier fine, it liked the factory 73gr ELD-M. PSA usually seems to have good inventory and has a house load for the 75gr BTHP, 77gr SMK and 77gr TMK and might stock the Frontier/ELD-M. I have not tried the PSA/AAC offerings. I can’t...

On the website they describe them as “all first run bullets, with no blems or seconds”. The 55gr bullets from the article are called out as seconds.
