    Burris signature HD 3-15 x44 e3 reticle VS Lueplod VX 5 3-15x44

Well i have been on a few hunts with it now and it is a very good scope nice and bright in low light, repeatable dialing and pretty robust as i have tested the hard way with a really good tumble which resulted in a broken arm and two ribs. But after all that it held its zero and hasn't moved...

    Christensen Arms or bergara

At the time that i made my choice we only had the base line Bergera's available . This the first one i have owned and to be honest they are not that common here in Nz . I have since seen the carbon stocked one and its a bit cheaper here around the 4000 mark . Again i didnt like the feel of it...

    Christensen Arms or bergara

I own a CA Ridgeline in 6.5 Creedmoor its been the most accurate rifle i have owned straight out of the box . Now before i brought it i looked at the Bagera option and while being 3000 bucks cheaper it was just to heavy . A Bagera costs 1599 here in NZ and the ridgeline is 4700 . You cant...

Mountain Rifles - Christensen, Tikka, Fierce etc...Thoughts, Suggestions, & Opinions

I would go with Christensen ridgeline ,reason i have one it is not super light but it is easy to shoot and its a tack driver .It shoots hornady white tail at 0.5 moa at hundred yards and 140 eld match at 0.3 moa . IT didn't like sako 136 grain match ammo though at 1.25 moa . But i only fired 15...

Judge my 6.5cm performance on bull elk

Slowelk , if we based everything on the data no one would have a Creedmoor cause according to the data a 260 is better, And no its not feeling its a few years of running a 260 65x55 6.5prc and now a Creedmoor and knowing what i am happy with. I would rather be a bit conservative and have...

Judge my 6.5cm performance on bull elk

I think the 6.5 Creedmoor is a bit over hyped ,mainly because on paper its very efficient and the target shooters are getting some amazing results and the marketing has over sold its capabilities a bit . But as we all know what happens on paper doesn't always go so well in the field .Shot...

Hunts with a higher percentage to lose your life

I think the most dangerous place to be is the place your unprepared for. My biggest danger is the weather ,everything else i can control. Thar and Chamois are ones that require a bit more thought but thats because the environment they live in .I would struggle a bit over in your country simply...
