At this point if I don’t have a response I like in the next day or two I’ll be demanding my money back. If they refuse, my new mission in life will be to let the world know that there customer service is terrible.
Dang! Happy for you but still pissed. If the issue is truly the wyatts box i wonder why they didn’t just swap it out to us and send it back? I’m still pissed about the lack of communication and how long this has taken. Hard for me to get excited about the gun and supporting nosler as company...
So has anyone had any written communication/email from Nosler? Anybody had one this week? David has gone silent it seems. I emailed him Monday which means he had tuesday and Wednesday to respond. Maybe he will today. I’m just shocked honestly that they can’t update us and say what the progress...
I was told Twice in two different emails that the questions I had asked would be and then had been asked to the owners and management. Those questions were, how long will this take, what exactly are you doing to fix it, and can I have a refund or swap for a different caliber? Been two weeks and...
They say it’s 1-8 but my guess is it’s 1-8 that they know of. Lots of guns sitting in boxes out there that haven’t been tested yet. The reps didn’t say anything cause the didn’t know. They didn’t know cause nobody at the factory tested them.
The issue I’m having with Nosler? No and my gun will have been there a month in just a few days. They have other rifles there also. Very poor communication, no “I’m sorry” or a timeline or even an offer for a refund or to swap for a different caliber
Exactly the problem here! What makes me mad is that if they had checked to make sure the rifle worked it would have never left the factory. Second is that there communication and customer service sucks.
Terrible customer service continues with nosler! Myself as well as several others on this forum are having commutation issues with them. Most of there PRC rifles have feeding issues and are having to be sent back. They should have never left the factory in the first place because they obviously...
So I heard back 630pm eastern after I sent another email and like the last one was basically told nothing! It appears that David is waiting for a decision from up top to be made. According the last email and this one they are aware of the problem. I’ll attach the email below. The PR response he...
Not a dang thing other than what I have posted. Last email was monday. I don’t care if they are small or it’s covid or whatever. They made a really dumb mistake and will not say sorry, or own you to it or how and when they are going to fix it. My take away is this. They don’t care or they don’t...
Yes! Exactly! It gouged the crap out of mine which is why I thought the receiver was not milled out enough. I also don’t think wyatts makes a defective product. It seems to me they are trying to make they’re own bottom metal to work around what they did or didn’t do in regards to milling...
Well I’m glad someone got communicated with lol. I mean why not put all that into an email and send it out to everyone who has a rifle sitting there. They have communicated to a couple people today it sounds like but not all. I’m glad y’all got to talk to the man and it sounds like they are...
They are probably not going to talk to anyone now until they get there story straight and figure out what they are going to do. By now I’m sure they realize how foolish they look for the design flaw and for how they have handled it so far!
