    I would second Dudley, or "inside out precision" has pretty good videos as well. Gonna need a press to switch the spacers (shims) on the Hoyt, unless you just want to tune the rest.

    You can do a 4 fletch with the AZ-EZ fletch: Obviously you may have to practice a tad before you get it just right. I am a big fan of the AZ-EZ and the Bitz, cost wise the AZ is versatile and will get the job done.
