    I use the good old envelope method and writing down your budget on paper. Except I just keep the money I need in the bank for utilities and subscriptions. What’s left over is put into an account that I have for my hunting budget.

    It depends on how I’m feeling that particular season. But I tend to mix and match but I buy more pants in solids because it just makes more sense in most cases like going to the airport.

    Any wisdom for a first time miss?

    I've heard from a podcast that doing 100m sprints could actually help your body get familiar with the stress which is what I've done in the past month since I got my bow repaired. I have yet to see how that works out in the field. I've heard of people doing this and it actually worked out for them.

    KUIU KENAI Hooded Jacket live field review **Updated 2/2/22**

    I have the Kenai vest and run it under my jackets street wear included. It almost run too hot for me where I live in the 40's. 30's to upper 30's seems to be the sweet spot as mid layer. I didn't get to hunt this year but did plenty of hiking in it. It's worth the $165.

    Given what I've read about that area, take this with a grain of salt as I've never been there, I would assume there wasn't as much pressure from 62 this year as there was previously. Given what I've read from other people the animals have been acting pretty strange this year.

    Are Thermal Devices Ethical For Predawn Scouting and Hiking?

    I would not see a problem with that at all. A person would still have to move into a distance were they can still have to shoot the game.
