Normally I would say yes. For instance I use an xl in the dew point rain gear because it has a more normal cut. I wear size large in all my under layers as well. I have the Hanwag Makra Combi boots in size US 11. I bought these and a 10.5 and I’m keeping the 10.5s. I used these on a couple of short hikes, less than 10 miles on them.
