I hunted BC in august and the Quarantine plan that I used was the outfitter camp, I flew into Vancouver then on to Whitehorse then to camp. So your outfitters address should work, they never looked at the quarantine plan at the border they were only interested in the proof of vaccination...
Make sure you get the right kind of COVID test, they don’t accept rapid test. The airline is the one that makes sure you have everything before they let you on the flight, went right through customs with no issues
