I never thought I would ever get to go on a sheep hunt, killed a stone sheep last fall and booked a dall hunt for 2023. It’s a expensive addiction but it worth all the pain and effort. The shooting is such a small part of the whole adventure I would say your nuts not to do it.
Look at the leupold grand slam, they are a solid scope for a slug gun, I would recommend if you have not mounted a scope before to find someone to do it for you, just make sure you can watch and learn how to do it for the next time. Whichever scope you choose just make sure it’s for a slug gun...
Not ruling out any location so would take any recommendations, I have Killed two bears in Alberta but the outfitter passed away this summer. My whole goal is to find someone that can handle 6 hunters with a good chance of killing 6 bears. I’m try to find a couple names that people have...

I would definitely get the 6400 bag you can always compress it if you don’t need all the space but will be thankful you have the room when you pack out an animal. I am also glad I took fellow roksliders advice and bought Briksdal Sf boot they worked great on my first sheep and goat hunt last year.
I wouldn’t worry about her getting the EXO. I have had really good luck with mine with well over 80 lbs in it. It sucks with 80 lbs in it but no worse than any others.
Spend my spare time working on improving whitetail habitat and maintenance on the farm plus a little shed hunting. This is the best day I’ve had so far this year.
