I have worn Crispi Briksdal non insulated on a goat hunt and a couple sheep hunts. I have been happy with them and would not hesitate to wear them in lesser terrain.
Unless you are on your phone a lot I would probably leave one of the battery packs at base camp. Would also consider leaving the bipod at home and leave half the ammunition at base camp.
Here is a picture of the Scarp 2 next to the Kuiu for reference from my sheep hunt in NWT last fall. I went with the Scarp 2 because of my height. We had a couple nights with bad wind and rain, the scarp held up to everything thrown at it. I don’t think you can go wrong with either.
Write down the pros and cons of staying and do the same for leaving. Look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are just feeling sorry for yourself. Once you do those things you gut will let you know what you need to do.
Like others have said, I would change the filter and try to get it in a warm garage for a couple hours, then let it run for a while to get winter blend fuel through the system. Having it plugged in keeps the oil warm but does nothing to keep the fuel system warm.
