Got super lucky and drew the late unit 41 bull elk tag for November. First time putting in for elk for this unit. Pretty excited. Heard it has potential.
Anyone have any tips on what sort of gear should be expected to have on the trip or tips on the terrain?
Lots and lots of access. A 4 wheeler or side by side is a must. The moose population isn’t great. I shot the only bull I saw besides the one standing next to it and the other person that had my tag hunted like 42 days until she got it.
