Did you get the specific attachment for each optic or the universal? Im trying to decide if the separate pieces are better or not... I tried the phoneskope universal and found it not to hold very well
Let me preface this by saying i have an older samsung smartphone and have used an old iphone 8 for my digiscoping, normally with a phoneskope adapter.

I use one on my Stone glacier, i find if i have my rifle in the sling scope up the rifle tries to roll, so i basically have to put it in scope down to avoid this am i doing something wrong?
For use in the Alberta rockies i prefer the spot x unit to the inreach i had used. With the inreach in the area people would get duplicate msgs from me, this has never happend with the spot x. Also my spot received msgs more promptly than my inreach regardless of settings, tech support had me...
Mine was controlled via settings in the mobile app. When i was on the phone with tech support they had me try to adjust the tracking time setting? Maybe those two are linked. On the new models is that time retrieval built directly into the device? Seems more like what im after
Hows the two messaging delay with inreach now? I had a unit when they first came out, just bluetooth through mobile no screen or anything and found i wouldn't always get the reply or sometimes took up to 45 minutes. Do these newer units send and receive quicker?
Just took my Schnee's granites out for a actual hike, previously was just breaking them in around home. I must say they are wow, incredibly comfortable. A huge upgrade from the scarpa's i was running. I was considering changing out the footbed to a superfeet but am very happy with the one...
Shot my Alberta bull @ 363 yards in the rockies. Worked so well he toppled immediately and proceeded to roll into a ravine just to make my experience that much more fun.
