If you only shoot 40 rounds a year, buy factory and don't look back. If you shoot on a regular basis, the cost benefit starts to tip in your favor around 7-8 boxes of ammo, especially at that price.

Sounds like a good trip, you guys are going to have a blast. PH will likely have the big gun(s) in the inventory to cover anything if/when it gets thick or close up. Take what you enjoy shooting and it’ll work itself out. There’s nothing on that list that a 6mm-.30 cal can’t handle 👍

To add some context for multiple shoes in rotation:
1. Make sure all shoes have the same drop measurement. Your stride and natural run mechanics will feel weird if they are different.
2. Use cushioned shoes for longer runs.
3. Use lighter shoes for speed, pace, and interval runs.
