    Full Coverage Minimal Size Harness

Thanks Boswell, How do these two compare in size and obstruction of your view to the ground? Which is more quiet? The ADAK seems like it would be hotter with its wings covering more of your chest. Am I right?

    Full Coverage Minimal Size Harness

I have read your post several times over. Thanks! The kuiu is the only one I have seen in person. And I’m not sure about it’s operation but it’s size is perfect. Is the outdoor vision bigger? The Sitka is out of the question with its zippers.

    SE Whitetail Saddle Hunters?

Ive been doing it for several years now but I’m from WI. Honestly, If you are mainly hunting pines it’s probably not ideal. Just like backpack hunting it takes a while to get your system dialed in and it can be pretty miserable until you do. Once you have it figured out you can’t imagine...

    Full Coverage Minimal Size Harness

I have tried the AGC KISS harness for my viper hd 10x and the thing was huge in my opinion. Last season I ran the rick young neoprene cover and a cheap vortex harness. It was annoying unfolding the thing all the time but the size of it was great. I’m thinking I would like something like the...

    Stone Glacier Solo or 5900?

No real experience here but I chose the 3300 because I don’t use a spotter and I can have decent access to the bag with a bow strapped down. Also I am more of a day hunter.

    Which Bino harness and why....

I wanted something minimal with full coverage. Tried the agc kiss... great quality, I liked the harness but way too big! I ended up using an old vortex harness paired with a Rick young outdoors neoprene cover. It works ok for me but I’ve got my eyes open for something better.

    Fixed blade knife

For edc an Esee Izula, stainless, in a custom kydex sheath. So thin in your pocket it disappears. I have gutted and partially processed several deer with the izula and victorinox boning knife in the field. That being said, My dad got me a new steep country for Xmas so that will take the izula’s...

New rule for posting in the classifieds

I totally understand and appreciate that. I’m proud to say this is my 13th post and really only the second useless one. It’s pretty easy to post 10 or even 25 times especially if you actually have something contribute.

Kodiak canvas w/ buddy heater review

I am always paranoid about sleeping with it on. I have spent enough time in my ice shanty with one but I haven’t slept with it on. Does anyone know of a quality portable co detector?

    Fillet Knife for Meat Processing

Victorinox 6” straight boning knife is my favorite. It’s awesome. I made a sheath for mine so that I have no issues throwing it in my pack.

My wife wasn’t too thrilled to see a few deer tongues in her instant pot last night.

Did your kids end up enjoying hunting as much as you!!!??

I’m curious about this as well. I’ve got 3 boys: 6, 4, and 3. I’m trying not to pressure them into the stuff I love but I do hope they end up hunting and fishing.

    Does your wife/girlfriend hunt also?

We’ve been together 15 years and I think she went fishing with me twice. She’s never hunted and that’s fine by both of us.
