    The old box baffle Fitz Roy parka is so hard to find now a days. It’s really sought after so it doesn’t come cheap. Really holds its value over the stitchthrough fitz Roy hoody.

    Hyperlite Mountain Gear: 20 degree quilt

    UGQ and Gryffon Gear make great down insulation gear as well. Handmade in the US. Would recommend giving them a look. IMO, 1000fp down is too costly unless you are a fastpacker going for FKTs.

    Thats what Nixwax Down Wash Direct is for. Cleans oils out of down and retreats them to revive their hydrophobic properties.
