If you cant acquire a target with a bipod, you probably wont be able to off of a bag, bags are usually lower. Try a sitting bipod, or learn to shoot off of a standing pack.
I haven't found a unit yet that doesn't have decent mule deer, except the ones that contain the pawnee grasslands. Just find one on the LO list with decent access, which will more than likely put you west of I25.
I am treated for low t. I wouldn't be if my body could magically start producing normal levels of test on it's own. That was the point I was trying to make. You dont go off of HRT once you're on it, you dont go on it unless you need it.
If you need it you need it. The issues you stated come with abusing test, and elevating your levels to above normal. Test is not some powerful drug, it's a naturally occurring hormone. Trust me, if you need it, you need it. I'd rather have energy and a sex drive than worry about a little back...
Supplementing test is what people with normal test do to gain extra muscle, test is a steroid. It may or may not ruin your normal test levels depending on the person or how much they abuse test. What I'm talking about is men who's natural test levels have naturally dropped due to age. At that...
Understandable, but the OP was asking about hunting bf%. If you hunt elk hard for 7-10days, you can easily burn through 5+ lbs of fat, especially if back pack hunting on limited calories. Congrats on your weight loss, 11%bf is extremely tough at a young age, much less for us on the other side...
They are not accurate at all. Coachs way, or a bod pod are good ways to check body fat. Bod pod is my way, but can be hard to find in rural area, and cost $75-$100
Not extra, enough to make your t levels what they should normally be as prescribed by a doctor. Taking extra test without a prescription would be illegal.
One more thing, if you're over 30, have your test levels checked. Going from low t, to normal t can make a world of difference in your fitness, and overall well being.
And if you exercise while losing weight, you won't lose much strength, and probably gain endurance due to carrying less weight. Just diet intelligently. a 500 calorie a day deficit is all you need.
15% is a really good bf to shoot for. Dont guess, guys always think they're a lower percentage than they really are. They think theyre 12%, go get a bod pod, and come out crying when it says 16%. Unless you're getting on a stage for competition, I would not recommend going below 12%, you're...
OTC isn't easy, but doable. The units open to OTC dont have a lot of public, so what is public gets hit pretty hard. If you can hunt midweek, you'll have the place to yourself after the first week. Give it a shot. The public areas dont have a ton of lopes, but there's decent numbers out there...
